This a crucial exercise when understanding our idea. It helps us to have a better perspective of what we are offering and what problem we are tackling. To fill it up, follow the guide on the PDF and also this small guide: 

1. Problem
  • List the top 3 problems your target customers face.

  • Include existing alternatives customers currently use.

2. Customer Segments

  • Define your target users/customers.

  • Identify early adopters (those most likely to try first).

3. Unique Value Proposition (UVP)

  • clear, compelling message that explains why your solution is different and worth attention.

  • Focus on the main benefit and how it solves the customer’s problem.

4. Solution

  • Outline the top 3 features or components of your solution.

5. Channels

  • List the paths to reach customers (e.g., social media, partnerships, online ads, direct sales).

6. Revenue Streams

  • Describe how you’ll make money (e.g., sales, subscriptions, ads, commissions).

7. Cost Structure

  • List key costs (e.g., development, marketing, salaries, operations).

8. Key Metrics

  • Identify measurable indicators of success (e.g., user growth, retention, conversion rate).

9. Unfair Advantage

  • Describe what can’t easily be copied or bought (e.g., team expertise, proprietary tech, community, brand).
