    Subject: End-of-Year Reminder: Submit Your Activity Documentation

    Dear Students,

    As we approach the end of the academic year, we would like to remind you to begin finalizing your submissions for the pilot program.

    As part of your study journey, you were required to complete 12 hours of combined academic, professional, cultural, or community service activities over the year. Now is the time to ensure that your records are complete and that you have collected all necessary documentation for each activity you selected.

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Review Your Activities
       Refer to the table from the document you signed at the beginning of the year. Ensure it is filled in correctly—indicating which activities you selected and the corresponding hours.

    2. Verify Your Hours
       Confirm that you have completed at least 12 hours in total.

       • If an activity says "3 hours", it is counted as exactly that—regardless of how long the session was.

       • If an activity says "up to student", you must specify how many hours you spent on that activity.

    3. Gather Proof of Participation
       You must provide certificates, images, or other acceptable proof for each activity. Examples include:

       • Guest Speaker Sessions: Download certificates from the VLE – Workshops and Guest Speakers 2024 course, under Guest Speakers | GBSB class.

       • Career Fair: If you attended, request a Certificate of Attendance from the CAEC department (counts as 3 hours).

       • Business Simulation Game: If you participated, ensure you downloaded or saved your proof of registration or completion (counts as 3 hours).

    4. Prepare for Submission
       Now that the Digital Portfolio class is opened, you will need to upload in the relevant section what you collected during the year:

       • The filled-in activity table (original document you signed)

       • All supporting documents- each in the relevant section (certificates, pictures, etc.)

    The Academic Coordinator will review your portfolio to verify the number of hours and the validity of your documents. Submissions with missing or incorrect information may be rejected until completed properly.

    We appreciate your participation and engagement throughout the year and look forward to reviewing your accomplishments and issuing you GBSB Global Digital Portfolio.
